Heat sensitive self bonding enameled copper wire is made of oxygen free copper wire coated with 1 layer of heat sensitive polyurethane resin. This layer of polyurethane insulation resin can be self bonding when we heat the coil at around 130C after winding, so it is very convinient when reel the coils. This kind of wire is mainly used in making IC & ID card, voice coil, card readers and so on.

How to use?：Heat the coil at arround 130C with a heat air gun or other heating machine after winding, the coil will be self bonding at that tempetarure. After bonding, just cool the coil in air naturally, that's all.
