Alcohol sensitive self bonding enameled copper wire is made of oxygen free copper wire coated with 1 layer of alcohol sensitive polyurethane resin. This layer of polyurethane insulation resin can be self bonding when the wire pass through the 95% alcohol liquid, so it is very convinient when reel the coils. This kind of wire is mainly used in making IC & ID card, voice coil, card readers and so on.

How to use?：Pass the wire througth 95%~98% alcohol liquid and wind the wire on the coil, then put the whole coil at dry place till the coil totally dried in the air, that's all. You can still bake the coil at 180C~190C for half hour to get steady after air dry if necessary.
