Black Polyimide film Kapton film is made of normal polyimide film with special nanometer opaque material that makes the film appears black color, it has good electrical and electroni prepery, good machanical physical property, long time working high temp. at 200~250℃, it has very good flexibility and rather low glass transition temperature (Tg) arround 285℃. Also it has good blister machanical property, high elasticity, it can make a metal vibration sound when it shakes. Because of this special property, it is widely used produce the vibrator of superior Hi-Fi stereo. The high temperature resistance makes it can be used to product the black polyimide shading adhesive tape, high temp. black polyimide label, shading film part, electroacoustic related elements etc.
